She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Kuchta and Catherine Kuchta; her husband Chester; and her siblings, Adolph, Zigmund, Steve Kuchta, Josephine Zaleski, Lizzy Kukulski and Tessie Kwiatkowski.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Stricker and Gerard (Jeryl Kapica); her grandchildren, Gregory Stricker, Gary Stricker, Glen Stricker (Laura), Sarah Vitale (Stephen) and Matthew Kapica; her great grandchildren, Callie and Cole; and her brother Joseph Kuchta (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Bernadine's name to a local food bank of your choice.
