She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Forte and Anna Forte (Desatnik); and her siblings, Blanche Costello and Alfred Forte. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Aikens (Dana) of Monroe Township, Jillian Quick (Ray) of East Brunswick and Kristen Leon (Kenneth) of Sayreville; her grandchildren, Paige, Jake Aikens, Kaitlyn, Brody Quick, Chase and Camryn Leon; her sister Annmary Marottoli (Peter) of Manchester; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Forte of Staten Island, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
