With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen Hays of Sayreville, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 4, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allen Hays to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Sr. and Genieve; his daughter Sandy Striemer; and his brother John Hays. He is survived by: his wife Shirley De Sarno Hays; his son Allen Hays III (Laina) of Bound Brook; his son-in-law Jim Striemer; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Amanda, Zachary Striemer, Travis, Tyler, Marissa and Makayla Hays; his brother Kenneth Hays (Christina); his nephew Kenneth Jr.; his sister-in-law Meryl Hays; and his nieces and nephews, John and Julianna Hays.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, please note that a maximum of 100 visitors will be allowed inside the building at once and masks must be worn at all times.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that you please "Give the Gift of Life" and donate a pint of blood in Allen's honor.
