He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Ottinger and Janie Ottinger; his wife Ruth Ann; his daughters, Kellie, Tracy and Toni; his granddaughter Samantha; and his siblings, Amy, Celine, Charlie, Henry, Judy, Luke, Mark, Mary, Michael and Robert. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
