He was predeceased by: his parent George Clarke; his wife Joan Hannagan; and his siblings, Jeanette Heydenreich and Gilbert Clarke. He is survived by: his parent Thelma Ecret Clarke; his daughters, Sharen Cline (Ed Linski) of Salem, Joanne Parker, Al Parker of Pennsville, Cyndy Keen and John Keen of Woodstown; his brothers, George Clarke, Shirley Clarke of Yulee, FL and Vernon Clarke; his grandchildren, Lindsay Cline, Jack Cline (Stephanie Moya), Megan Johnson, John Keen Jr., Julie Keen, Jordan Keen Jillian (Kyle Sickler), Mark Olson, Jessie Pelura, Mike Pelura, Jared Keen and Jaidan Keen; and his great grandchildren, Jake Cline, Wyatt Johnson and Micah Pelura. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
