She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles N. Mathis and Ruth E. Mathis (Samuels). She is survived by: her husband Tink; her daughters, Michele (Collins) and Paula (David); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Brandon, Charlie and Nate; her great grandchild Caiden; and her brothers, Mike (Joann) and Jon (Lisa).
