He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hilda Counsellor Owens and Leon Owens, Sr.; his friend John McClay; his wife Mary Beth Pankok; his daughters, Tiffany Ollek (Frank) and Jennifer Ware (Rich); his grandchildren, Frankie, Lillian, Jackson Ollek, Lucas and Austin Ware; and his siblings, Martin Owens, Randy Owens (Bonnie), Ronald Owens (Kym), Raymond Owens, Christine Kugler (Jack), Linda Sue Pedrick (Ronnie), Judy Ambruster, Connie Owens (Don), Sheila Owens, Dawn Howell (Carl III) and Debra Emel.
