He was predeceased by: his father Allen L. Sye, Sr.; his wife Imelda; his children, Jaylund and Michelle; his mother Mabel Sye-Weldon (Wilson); and his siblings, Deborah Wilson and Allen Sye, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Kisha Mann (Careen) and Jeffrey Sye, Jr.; his grandson Zyan; his siblings, Yvonne Brooks (Victor), Michelle Michalski (Steven), Orvyl Wilson (Nicol), Jerome Sye (Joan), Vincent Sye (Judy) and Douglas Goldsborough (Joanne); and his mother-in-law Benita Dublin. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
