She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Poloske and Dorothy Briggs Poloske. She is survived by: her husband David Faulhaber; her children, David Faulhaber, Jr. (Kelly) of Salem and Kimberly Faulhaber (Jonny) of Los Angeles, CA; her siblings, Ronald Poloske, Bill Poloske (Claire) and Glynis Diver (Joe); and her grandchildren, Alexis, Olivia Faulhaber and Bryce Harris. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
