She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Brice Thomas and James Cabbell; and her husband Irvin Augusta Hinmon. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Sonja "Mikki" and Jacqueline Denise; her close friend Cowtown; her sisters, Bunny Whitaker, Lucille Forman, Mary Brown and Marie Russ; her children, Jacci and Darryl (Hassan); her adoptive son Joe (Smoke); her brother James; her siblings-in-law, Robert, James, Deanie, Carolyn and Barbara; and her grandchildren, Latoya, Cory Sr. (Michelle), Phillipe (Dell) and Ebony. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 212 E Broadway, Salem, NJ 08079. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Brigadier General Wm C Doyle Veteran Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
