He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mullica and Margaret Sowers Mullica; his wife Gladys; and his brother Harry Mullica. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Garry Halstead, Tina Halstead of Pilesgrove, Cindy Knight, Warren Knight, Larry Halstead, Peggy Halstead of Elsinboro, Brenda Cheeseman, Wayne Cheeseman of Pennsville, Carol Zimmerman and Bobby Zimmerman of Carneys Point; and his brother-in-law Robert Caldwell (Chick). He is also survived by 16 great-nieces and nephews; and 22 great great-nieces and nephews.
