Deegan; his children, William Deegan Jr. (Janette), Nancy Deegan, Suzanne Clinton (John), John Deegan (Maura) and Kathleen Deegan; his siblings, Patricia LaRosa and John Deegan; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Andrew, Jacqueline, Gabrielle, Victoria, Aileen, James and Natalie. He was also cherished by niece and many nephews.
