He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Cannariato; his parents, Charles Cannariato and Mary Cannariato; and his sisters, Angelina Alosi, Lucy Morici and Mildred Morici.
He is survived by: his children, Charlie Cannariato (Debra), Lori Giordano (Frank), Linda Paolino and Marie Romero; his grandchildren, Peter Romero (Jacqueline), Vincent Paolino (Krista), Lora Meriwether (Sean), Michael Paolino (Alessia) and Frankie Giordano; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Eliana, Gianna, Farrah, Layla, Leo and Michael Jr.; and his sister Sophie Flannery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kugler Community Home For Funerals (311 N 5th St, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle RC Church (488 Saddle River Rd, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663). A burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the St Nicholas Cemetery (2 Terrace Ave, Lodi, NJ 07644).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
