He was predeceased by: his wife Rita. He is survived by: his children, Michael Martin (Maureen) of Morris Plains, Bruce Martin (Sandy) of Parsippany, Dennis Martin of Saddle Brook and Chris Martin (Debbie Burnet) of Budd Lake; his grandchildren, Kristen Lambert (Justin), Matthew Martin (Michael), Brian Martin (Jackie), Rich Burnet (Julie) and Lindsay Burnet; his great grandchildren, Addison, Connor and Harry; and his friend Richard Romeo.

“I’m so sorry to hear of your father’s passing. He was always a good and cherished friend of my mom and dad. Uncle Dint as I knew him and my father went through some tuff times together during the war and remained very close friends.
