She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Herbert Larsen; her sons, Andrew Larsen (Lisa), John Larsen (Jill) and David Larsen (Heidi); her grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas, Haley, Mia, Leah and Colton; her parents, Marcella Plafta (Mack) and Anthony Plafta; her sisters, Janet Tommas (Robert) and Denise Plafta; her nieces and nephews, Melissa Ianacone (Ed), Rachael Vitti (Ed), Scott Fraizer (Carol Ann), Jeff Fraizer (Pam) and Jin-Hwa Hall (Shane); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren Ianacone, Samantha and Lila Vitti.
