She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph M. Franks; her parents, Robert Sloan and Estelle Sloan; and her siblings, Elsie, Eva, Elmer and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline (Pete), Pamela Wallace, JoAnn Franks-Callju, Beverly Franks, Joseph Michael (Donna) and Russell Franks. She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 3 Great grandchildren.
