He was predeceased by : his son Donald Fleisch; and his siblings, Mary "May" Hadder, Leo Fleisch, Gloria Stephans and Ellen Tyrell.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Karen Fleisch, Diane Hughes (Robert) and Dawn Mirabal (Paul); his grandchildren, Jacob, Steven, Emily, Megan, Hailey and Gavin; and his great grandchild Hazel June.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Memorial (113 S Farview Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle R. C. Church (488 Saddle River Rd, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663).
