She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred; and her brother Kenneth Wickham. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Zastrow (Tanya), Teri Zastrow-Williams (Marvin) and Gail Giordano (Keith); her grandchildren, Ashley and Adam; and her siblings, Ralph, Richard and Dorothy. She is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and life-long friends.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Carol's memory may be made to: St. Jude Children's Hospital.
