She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Theodore Messineo; her children, Keith Messineo, Cindy Messineo, Michele Canzoneri (Kevin), Mark Messineo (Lissy), Glenn Messineo (Yuliya) and Christopher Messineo; her grandchildren, Michael (Rachel), Kaitlyn (Chris), Marc Anthony, Sasha, Sophia, Vanessa, Johnny and Nicholas; her great grandchild Hunter; and her siblings, Lorraine Kocher, Sylvia Rostkowski, Johanna Sudsky, Gertrude Chmielowiec, Theodore Kocher and Lawrence Kocher.
