He was predeceased by: his parents, Sczepan Kopacki and Elzbieta Kopacki; and his siblings, Helen McKinnon, Edmund, Bronislaw, Wanda Preczewski and Mary Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew, Christine (Daniel Cahalane), Paul Kopacki (Sarah Sussen) and Jane Kopacki (Patrick Manion); and his grandchildren, Joseph Daniel, Jennifer, Samantha, Lukas and Benjamin. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
