He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel River and Ricardina Silva. He is survived by: his wife Maria Ines Huerta; and his children, Amparito, Francis, Fabian, Jessica, Eduardo, Ximena and Gisella. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and many extended family.
Due to the pandemic and current limitations on gathering, Luis will be laid to rest privately under the care and direction of Wright & Ford Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 38 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ.
