McGill of Rutherford, New Jersey, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on October 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. I am a tennis-playing friend of Joe's--in fact, Joe played doubles with us not too many weeks back--Joe and I always talked sports--and he was my friend (despite my not being a Yankee fan)..
