Joan E. Sink Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan E. Sink of Rutherford, New Jersey, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on December 22, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Charalambou, Sr. and Sarafina; and her siblings, Andrew Charalambou and Gloria Valvano-Charalambou. She is survived by: her children, Ronald H Sink, Jr. and Kristine F. Patton (Robert); and her granddaughters, Emma Grace and Sara Jane Patton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nazare Memorial Home Inc. (403 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church (91 Home Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070).
