It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Egbert of Rutherford, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Egbert and Mary Egbert; his significant other Francine; his brothers, Richard and Robert; his sons, George (Dawn) and Jack (Allison); his grandchildren, Jackson, Eva and Ellie Mary; and his siblings, Dorothy O'Donnell and Edward.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions a service will be held on Monday February 22, 2021 at 9:45 am for Immediate Family only at the Macagna Diffily Onorato Funeral Home 41 Ames Ave., Rutherford, NJ.
