He was predeceased by: his parents, Gennaro and Lucrezia Azzolini (Dinicolo); his son Anthony T. Azzolini; and his sister Philomena. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Dominick Azzolini (Toni Ann) of Woodridge, NJ, Donna Bruno (John) of Rutherford, NJ and Steven Azzolini (Mary) of Madison, NJ; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Azzolini (Michael Duffy) of Rutherford, NJ.; his grandchildren, Dominick Azzolini (Brianna), Joseph Azzolini, Jenna Azzolini, Lyndsey Ramos (Mark), Anthony Azzolini (Rachel), Christopher Azzolini (Victoria), Jill Azzolini, Jonathan Bruno (Lisa), Jacqueline Caroprese (Brandon), Gianna Dunn (Andrew), Rachel Serling (Colin), Timothy Azzolini and Natalie Azzolini; his great grandchildren, Matteo, Giavanna, Lucca, Gianluca, Carson, Camilla, Ellie, Joseph, Johnny, Ryley, Vincent, Anthony, Luciana and Raffaella; and his brothers, Pasquale Azzolini (Pauline), Mario Azzolini (Irene) and Joseph Azzolini (Marie).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home (19 Lincoln Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint Mary (91 Home Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070). A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery (234 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652).
