He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Alexander and Alease Larkin (Jones); his wife Blanche Larkin (Vanburen); his children, Sheela Larkin, Thomas Larkin and Anthony Larkin; his brothers, Donald, Leon, Leo, Richard and Walter; his daughter-in-law Teresa Larkin; and his sisters, Alease and Alberta.

He is survived by: his sister Pauline; his grandchildren, Jonah (Lavinia), Thomas Jr., Freddy, Erica and Janette; his great grandchildren, Jazmine, Egypt, Nia, Onyx, Landon and Bryson; and his nieces, Linda and Dawn. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

Since I met Charlie back in the 90's, I had the pleasure of developing a friendship with one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my lifetime. I will always cherish the memories of all the good times and great conversations we had hanging out at our spot Steve and Andreas. I learned so much about life from those talks. My deepest sympathies to Charlie's family. May you be strong at this most difficult time.”
