He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Tarantino and Anthony Tarantino; his wife Maureen; his children, Gambel Tarantino (Kevin McCarthy) and Anthony Tarantino III; his granddaughters, Livia and Brielle Tarantino McCarthy; his goddaughter Emily Pieroni; his nephews, Jeffrey, Robert, Alfred and Craig; and his cousin Anthony Pieroni. He was also cherished by his brother, along with countless friends.
