He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Herda; and his siblings, Walter, John, Anthony, Cecilia DeMattos and Edward Herda.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Denise) and Edward (Patricia); his grandchildren, Lauren (Scott), Elyse (Jason), Ryan and Kristen (Steven); and his great grandchildren, Quinn, Luke, Brody, Delaney and Jase. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
