She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Puchacz and Jozefa Puchacz; and her siblings, Jan Puchacz, Sophie Sendziak, Janina Pajko and Jadwiga Puchacz.
She is survived by: her children, Jadwiga Tkacz of Gdansk, Mieczyslaw Lempicki (Agata) of Mien, Zofia Bielaszka (Zdzislaw) of Deptford and Jerzy Lempicki of Hopatcong; and her grandchildren, Dorota Kolc, Monika Balejko, Christine Bielaszka, Gregorz Lempicki, Daniel Bielaszka, Kristofor Bielaszka, Agnieszka Niemyjska, Sidney Lempicki, Maciek Lempicki and Stanley Lempicki. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gardner Funeral Home - Runnemede (126 S Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, NJ 08078). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 654 Ferry Rd, Doylestown, PA 18901. A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
