She was predeceased by: her daughter Jacqueline Renee Tate; her sister Janet Powell; and her parents, Elwood Berryman and Evelyn Berryman. She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Tate; her children, Richard J. Tate, II (Autumn) and Lori Bunting; her grandchildren, RJ, Donovan, Joseph, Talia and Kelly; her sister Cathy VanVorst; and her nephews, John and Michael Powell.
