Rita M. Goldy Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita M. Goldy of Runnemede, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Earnest, Sr. (Dorothy) and Rita Smith; her stepson Thomas H. Goldy, III; and her in-laws, Thomas H. Sr. and Darlene Goldy.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas H. Goldy, Jr.; her daughters, Dorothy Duffy-Bonnenberg and Dawn Duffy; her siblings, Edward "Ernie" Earnest (Shirley), Joseph Earnest (Jane) and Dorothy "Dorrie" Emmons (late Robert); her sister-in-law Shelia Shedaker (Donald); and her stepchildren, Ann McCready (Timothy), James Davis and Timothy Davis. She is also survived by her family, as well as her cats.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gardner Funeral Home - Runnemede (126 S Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, NJ 08078). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
