He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Fitzmaurice; his parents, Mary Loving and Raymond Fitzmaurice Sr. Loving; his daughter Charlene Fitzmaurice-Callahan; his siblings, Martin Fitzmaurice and Jean Buckalew; and his parents-in-law, Mary Ida Stone and Charles Stone.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Janet Fitzmaurice; and his sister-in-law Mabel Chambers.
