She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Kotulak and Antionette Kotulak; and her husband Kenneth Bouley. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Parkin (John); her granddaughters, Jill O'Donnell (Bob) and Amanda Evans (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Shane, Lily, Jayden and Isaiah.
