She is survived by: her children, Steve Falzone (Susan), Helene Hoffman (Ken), Frank Falzone Jr. (Rebecca) and Tina Falzone; her grandchildren, Anthony (Nicole), Kenny (Jackie), Angelina, Christina (Jun), Veronica (Evan), Samuel, Dante, Amanda, Nicolette and Gianna (JD); her great grandchildren, Adonis, Thaddeus, Mytis, Santino and Salvatore; and her brother George. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
