She was predeceased by: her brother Philip A Azzante. She is survived by: her mother Mary; her husband Brian; her children, Justin and Erinn; her daughter-in-law Samantha; and her grandchildren, Jaxson, Rori and Levi. She is also survived by her family and friends.
