He was predeceased by: his daughter Diana Burke; and his parents, James Burke and Margaret Burke. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Green; his children, Lisa DiPaolo (Dane) and Shawn Burke (Janay); his grandchildren, Michael Burke, Deven Gorman, Paige Temple, Alexis Temple, Gianna Burke and Emily Antonelli; his great grandchild Nicholas Butz; and his stepchildren, Danielle Green and Joey Green. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
