It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Luke Daniel Silvestre of Runnemede, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 11, on January 2, 2021. He was predeceased by: his grandfather J. Michael Downey. He is survived by: his parents, Tony and Deana; his siblings, JT (John Anthony) and Sofia; his grandmothers, Phyllis Downey and Aida Silvestre; his aunt Danielle; his uncle Dave Mazzilli; his cousins, Andrew, Irene Silvestre, Armando Louro, Paula and Joe DaSilva; his great-aunt Annette Orsini; and also, David, Gianna, Sarah Downey, Michael, Jack, Brooklyn, Annette Downey, Scott Schwabe, Antonio, Esmeralda Silvestre and Mason. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Luke's memory to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, PO Box 781352, Philadelphia, PA 19178 or Samaritan Gift Processing Center PO Box 71425, Philadelphia, PA 19176, or Melanoma Research Foundation, PO Box 759329, Baltimore, MD 21275-9329.
