She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Douglas Osborne, Carl Hale (Brittnee), Arielle Davis (Kevin) and Dannielle Hale; her grandchildren, Waylon, Lylly, Zackary, Monet, Mackenzee, Mercy, Emersyn and Gabriel; her parents, Thomas and Patricia; and her siblings, Thomas Payne (Miriam), Diane Chintall, Michael Payne (Sandy), Robert Payne, Eileen McCutchen (Mike), Lisa Payne (Joe) and Trish Payne. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
