He was predeceased by: his brother Nicholas Ciminale. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Joseph Michael Ciminale (Meghan) and Megan Ciminale (Nikki); his grandchildren, Emersyn Lily and Torin Joseph; and his siblings, George Ciminale, Donna Whitfield, Mark Ciminale, Carole Pomykacz, Christopher Ciminale and Lisa Grasmick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
