He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; and his sister Constance Ivins. He is survived by: his children, Michael W. Ivins, Jennifer A. Carbone (Vincent) and Jessica Ivins; and his siblings, Nancy Simmons (Ted), Lionel Ivins (Betty), James Ivins (Sylvia), Laura Nugent (John) and Steven Ivins (Patricia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
