She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph P. Emma; her parents, John DeRose and Lena DeRose; and her siblings, John DeRose, Charles DeRose and Carmela Kulitz (DeRose).

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Emma (Beverly), Chuck Emma (Theresa), Ron Emma (Cathy), Donnalea Emma, Kathy Foglio (Richard) and Paul Emma (Jill); her grandchildren, Melissa (Nico), Lori, Kristie (Mike), Jenna (Tom), Lauren (Alec), Mark (Jenn), Danny (Amber), Julia (Alek), Steve (Gennarose), Michael (Farrah), Nicole, Jayla and Jorden; and her great grandchildren, Manny, Sean, Karlie, Brooke, Chase, Josephine, Nataliana, Dominica, Giabella and Olivia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
