He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Evelyn; his parents, Ronda Welsh and Kevin Welsh; his siblings, Rachel Welsh and Joshua Welsh; and his nieces and nephews, Nickiah, Matthew, Grace, Hannah, Ava and Lulu.
