She is survived by: her husband Thaddeus P. Kozlowski; her daughter Melinda (George Wise); her grandchildren, Irene Wise and Anthony Kozlowski; and her siblings-in-law, Ernestine Panza (Fred), Bolislaus Kozlowski and Eleanor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
