She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent J. Valle; and her sister Dagmar Mechler. She is survived by: her children, Claire M. Merendino, Carolyn Hand and Christina A. Fox; her grandchildren, Katherine Leigh Fox, Emily Rebecca Hand, Ryan Thomas Merendino (Kristin) and Kylee Anne Formento (John); and her sister Ursula Traschuetz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
