He was predeceased by: his pet Bud. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Shaw; his daughters, Melissa Dougherty (Charles), Tamara Freeman (Thomas) and Brittany Goodz (Michael); and his grandchildren, C. J., Nate, Katie, Tommy, Jillian and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving family and friends.
