He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; and his parents, John and Helen. He is survived by: his friend Marion Marshall; his nieces and nephews, Karen (Scott), Ken, Kim (Troy), Debbie (Joe), Johnny Griffin, Earl and Patti Griffin; and his siblings, Joan Patton (Allen) and Jack (Babe).
