He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Anne Mary Richards; and his sister Sharon Weise. He is survived by: his children, Edwin (Melissa), Cathleen Massa (Damien) and Dennis M., Jr. (Ashlee); and his grandsons, Damien Jr., Edwin Jr., Mason, Dylan, Evan and Sean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 13 E. Evesham Rd. Runnemede, NJ 08078.
