He was predeceased by: his parent Patricia. He is survived by: his child Cole; his parent Raymond; his siblings, Raymond, Susan and Patti Bielicki-Gardiner (Kevin); his stepchild John; his nieces and nephews, Patricia, Paige and Steven; his significant other Antonia Morici; and his child Parish.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Daniel's memory to Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 North 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
