He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Daly (George), Brad Phillips, Jr., Alison Phillips, Todd Phillips and Justin Scott; and his siblings, Linda Whipple, Lester Phillips, Richard Phillips and Wilber Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
