He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Anthony and Minnie Anthony (Lester). He is survived by: his wife Mary Anthony (Shaffer); his children, Wendy Cusick (Bob), David Hanna, Thomas Hanna (Cheryl) and John Anthony (Stacey); his brother Jack Anthony; and his friends, Tony, Noreen Lecane, Cathy, Armond Cresta, Ed, Anita Jones, Terry and Jim Friel.
